CLIENTS

Gas Welding

Autogenous welding process performed using an oxy-acetylene flame. The heat generated melts the edges of the base material, with the optional addition of a filler rod. Suitable for light metalwork, repairs, and processing of mild steels and non-ferrous alloys.

Fusion Welding

Joining technology involving the localized melting of the base material, with or without filler material, without the application of mechanical pressure. It includes various processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, shielded metal arc welding) and ensures metallurgical continuity and high mechanical strength of the joint.

TIG Welding

Electric arc process using a non-consumable tungsten electrode and inert gas protection. It produces welds of high aesthetic and structural quality with excellent control of heat input.

Robotic Welding

Automated welding system using programmable anthropomorphic robots. It guarantees repeatability, weld bead precision, and constant parameter control.

Ring Welding

Continuous circumferential welding techniques performed on cylindrical or tubular components. It ensures structural integrity and, if required, airtightness of the joint.

Ring Production

Process for creating metal rings through rolling, bending, or stamping, followed by closure welding and finishing.

Masking

Preliminary operation to painting or surface treatment, aimed at the selective protection of areas that must not be treated. Performed with technical tapes, plugs, templates, or shaped covers to ensure dimensional and functional precision.

Drilling

Mechanical machining by chip removal aimed at creating through or blind holes using twist drills or special tools. It can be performed on drills, CNC machining centers, or transfer machines, with control of dimensional and geometric tolerances.

Blanking

Cold cutting operation on sheet metal using a punch and die. It allows for the rapid and repetitive production of flat shapes with high precision and reduced cycle times.

Bending

Controlled plastic deformation of sheet metal using a press brake and dedicated tools. It allows for the creation of angled or shaped profiles while respecting dimensional tolerances and the minimum bend radius of the material.

Brushing

Surface finish obtained with rotating abrasive or metal brushes to even out the texture, remove oxidation, or prepare the substrate for subsequent surface treatments.

Tapering

Mechanical processing involving deformation or chip removal, aimed at creating conical surfaces or conical joints on tubes, holes, or metal ends. It can be performed on lathes, swaging machines, or using specific tools for welding preparation.

External Painting

Protective and aesthetic surface treatment applied by spraying on the external surfaces of the product. It includes preparation, application, and oven curing phases, with anti-corrosive and decorative functions.
